As used in this Privacy Policy, “HomeClinico Mobile Application”, HomeClinico App”, “our App” or “App” refers to HomeClinico Android and iOS Mobile Application that are distributed through Google Play or App Store platforms owned by Google and Apple, respectively.

HomeClinico Mobile Application

We collect technical data necessary for you to use our App and additional technical data that enables us to maintain and analyse the functioning of the App and to personalise the content of the App.

We use the information we collect about you/your device to deliver services to you and to operate our business. Such use by us and by our Partners may include:

  • Analytics and research : understanding and analysing trends in connection with the usage of the App, gathering demographic information about our user base. We may also create reports and analysis for the purposes of research or business intelligence, for example to track potential problems or trends with our App and services, or to test our new App features and content.


In-App Purchases

Our App enables in-app purchases. We do not process payments for in-app purchases nor have access to your credit card information. Payment transactions for in-app purchases are completed through the app store via your app store account. Any post-purchase processes are controlled by the app store and are subject to specific terms of such app store.

Subscription is needed to access the basic features of our App, otherwise the features are restricted from usage to the end user.

Subscription can be purchased only after the physical HomeClinico Handle’s unique serial number was inserted into our App, to prevent user from purchasing the subscription, while still being unable to use our App’s features due to necessary usage of the physical HomeClinico Handle.

Physical HomeClinico Handle

Our App enables the user to purchase the physical HomeClinico Handle provided from our side. Purchase is processed through our Website. More about the physical HomeClinico Products purchase process can be viewed in this document in the section “Making the purchase”.

To ensure a proper usage of our App, the physical HomeClinico Handle is necessary, consequently some of our App’s features are restricted to the user until the HomeClinico Handle is delivered to the user’s address. The features of our App become available once the user inserts the unique serial number of the user’s HomeClinico Handle into the application, to ensure the best experience the App can offer and to ensure the proper form of exercising that benefits the user to the highest degree. 

Camera Permission

Our App uses the camera feature to enable the functionality of our App’s feature. The functionality does not take any recording, photographing of the end user, but is merely used for positioning of the device within the user’s room (on the user’s desk). Camera’s images/videos are not stored neither locally nor remotely. Camera is facing away from the user, thus at no point the user’s face is within the camera’s boundaries.

Making the purchase

Third Parties have access to your information for the purpose of carrying out the Agreement. Such Third Parties are:

Woocommerce, open-source e-commerce plugin for WordPress.

a tool providing order processing, preparation and packing of your order, to be determined;

a shipping carrier that provides shipment of your order to the address, provided in your order, to be determined;

Stripe through which you make payments to us.

WordPress collects your e-mail address, information on what pages users access and information provided to WordPress by users via surveys and site registrations. Such information may contain personal information about you, including but not limited to your name, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address). 

The information WordPress collects is not shared with or sold to others except under the certain circumstances and which your use of the Service is deemed to provide WordPress with valid consent to disclose the following:

Order processing provider collects your name, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), telephone number, information about ordered products and number of the order in order to prepare and pack your order for delivery. Order processing provider is not allowed to disclose such information without your written permission. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service, otherwise Order processing provider does not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Shipping carrier collects your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address (if different from your billing address), telephone number, any information regarding your order, such as payment information, ordered products and number of order. Shipping carrier is not allowed to disclose such information without your written permission. However, certain information collected from you and about you is used within the context of providing the Service, otherwise Shipping carrier does not sell or share your information with anyone else.


Shipping carrier’s business partners. For the purposes of making your delivery, Shipping carrier shares your information with its business partners, which have access to information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for any other purpose. Such business partners are national post offices of other countries, which handle the delivery of your packages. Examples include but are not limited to fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail, processing credit card payments and providing customer service.

Stripe. For the purposes of carrying out the agreement (conditional on you selecting Stripe as your payment mode) you enter into with Stripe (for processing the payment to HomeClinico), Stripe collects your name, address, phone, email, Skype ID and other similar information, the full bank account numbers and/or credit/debit card numbers that you link to your Stripe account or give Stripe when you use the Stripe Services, answer to security questions and information needed to carry out payment to or from third party. For the purposes of protection against fraud Stripe may verify the information you provide by Payment processors and they might request additional information from you in order to make verification. For the purposes of improving the services and managing load on Stripe’s servers, they also collect the web address of the site that you came from or are going to, which pages of their website you visit, IP addresses, the type of browser you use and the times you access their website. Stripe also uses cookies. Some Stripe cookies can be disabled by on a per-site basis using the Settings Manager for Adobe Flash Player (to use it on the Adobe website) or by right-clicking on any Flash content displayed on your browser and selecting “Settings” or “Global Settings” from the drop-down menu.
